JUDr. Daniela Sokol has been in law practice since 2008. It provides legal services for citizens and companies. He focuses mainly on commercial law, health, civil law, work and family law. Its long -time clients include smaller and larger medical facilities, natural persons from third countries, as well as companies dealing with national and international freight transport. For its corporate clients, he addresses comprehensive legal service from the preparation and analysis of commercial contracts, labor relations, representation in civil disputes, communication with public and state administration authorities.

The impairment of obligations may be associated with a penalty, depending on the type and severity of the violation. Within the maintenance of the medical records we will focus on its content (health care contract, lessons and informed consent of the patient, history, decurs), method of loading and storing records. ๐ณ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ๐:
