Here a brief annotation of what you can look forward to:
football. For some boredom, someone's favorite leisure entertainment and for someone a source of livelihood. Football is increasingly employed by the judge of the Court, who serves one case after another. Over the past year and something, the Court of Justice has been deciding on the European Super League, quotas for home players or transfer system. Its judgments respond to shortcomings of proper management of football organizations, especially FIFA and UEFA. This contributes to the reform of football, but to which it is not enough. With the Oxford professor and one of the largest sports law experts, Stephen Weatherill wrote Honza article, which you can read at the EU Law Live (see link below). Both believe that targeted EU sector legislation can help football. Therefore, their goal is to intensify the discussion not only about the following issues: should the EU regulate football? Does it have powers? And political will? And if regulation, what about? And if not the EU, who?
