Book annotation
Already half over year, Adam deals in vain with the tragic loss of his beloved wife. The only thing that forces him to get out of bed every morning and deviate from the set path of a promiscuous alcoholic is his five-year-old son Kryštof. But a turning point in his life occurs when he meets the energetic and free-thinking Broňa, who is fifteen years younger. She takes him into her world, puts a smile back on his face, and Adam finally establishes new relationships. Relationships that he didn't expect would ever come again, that they would ever come, and that would turn his current way of life upside down.
A social novel with elements of LGBTQ+ themes gives insight into the soul of a suffering person who loses himself in himself, but thanks to unexpected circumstances, he finds solid ground under his feet again. Happiness is sometimes within reach, you just have to give it a chance.
