Training for everyone who likes movement. 60 minutes of movement in the fresh air, good energy and a community of people who want to do something positive for themselves await you. Join us and let's step forward together for a healthier and happier self!
It doesn't matter age or fitness.
Training is free.
We start at 10:00 a.m. in the M.R. Štefánika Park (city park near the railway station) in the vicinity of Slobodné podio (to the left of the underpass - opposite the ZUŠ-ky).
For training, bring a mat and the desire to exercise.
