The class begins with a mobilizing yoga-inspired warm-up and exercises that awaken the whole body. Subsequently, we go through movement drills, floorwork, diagonals and movement exploration inspired by animalistics, which develops strength, agility, coordination and fluency.
Technical material gradually develops into more detailed movement sequences and at the end we learn dance choreography, in which we connect technique with expression, musicality and dynamics.
