The aim of the SI reading club is to meet once a month and talk about a pre-selected book. We focus on books that touch on issues of gender, feminism or sexual identity. We would like to create a friendly and safe environment for discussion.

*Aging and reclusive Hollywood film icon Evelyn Hugo is finally ready to tell the truth about her glamorous and scandalous life. But when he chooses unknown magazine reporter Monique Grant for the job, no one is more impressed than Monique herself. Why her? why now Monique isn't exactly on top of the world. Her husband left her and her professional life is going nowhere. Regardless of why Evelyn chose her to write her biography, Monique is determined to use this opportunity to launch her career.
