Bertha von Suttner, a Prague native of Kinský family, was the first woman in the world in 1905 the Nobel Peace Prize. Her fate will be introduced to the leading Czech Esperantist Petr Chrdle, author of the book “Berta Suttnerová”.
The lecture will present this personality as a warrior for peace, against anti -Semitism, for the rights of women and as a writer. You will also learn more about her complicated private life and friendship with Alfred Nobel.
