Japanese tastes are a little different than ours. They are not so pronounced, they are often very fine and can not be easily described easily. The Japanese can talk about their culinary specialties for hours. The country is large and have a typical dish in each region. And then there are more time - every month is certainly the best for some kind of fruit, vegetables or fish. All this will be discussed in the lecture.
