About event
What does the city look like before and after the transformation? And what all has to happen in between? Over the past eight years, Bratislava has undergone a series of fundamental changes – from the transformation of the streets into safer and more pleasant places for everyone, through the search for a balance in traffic, to the revitalization of long-neglected squares and the creation of high-quality public space. Every project has its own story. Sometimes it just takes a little to change things for the better. Other times the journey is long and difficult. Slovak architect and Bratislava mayor Matúš Vallo will present and christen his new book Before and After, in which many small stories with a happy ending create one big one - a better Bratislava.
The invitation to the discussion was accepted by:
Matúš Vallo | architect and municipal politician
Adam Gebrian | architect and popularizer of architecture and public space
Moderator: Štěpán Bärtl | head of CAMP
Reserve your places via GoOut. The session is not numbered. If a spectator with a valid ticket does not occupy his seat no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the event, his right to the given seat will be given up to visitors without a reservation.
