As part of the Timo Exhibition: I have the roots in Květináč on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 4 pm we cordially invite you to the lecture of Monika Lukášová-Spilková on the theme of the roots and legislative context of graffiti and street art in the Czech Republic. It will also present the legislative context of this type of creation in the Czech Republic, especially after the introduction of the so -called spray paragraph in 2001 - amendment that criminalized graffiti. It will also focus on the aspect of freedom of expression associated with the creation of graffiti and street art.
