Miroslava Šilanová, who is a long-time practitioner and student of Lama Ole Nydahl, will give a lecture. The lecture will take place at 18:00 at KKC Hviezda, Kniežaťa Pribinu 197/3, Trenčín. After the lecture, there will be space for your questions and then you will have the opportunity to try a joint guided meditation.
