About event
Accept the invitation to Villa Löw-Beer in Brno for a lecture by dr. Jindřich Chatrného, which will be a kind of nostalgic memory of the times of the first republic, when the dining culture associated with the Christmas holidays was not only a highly cultivated aesthetic and gourmet experience, but also a time of family and friendly togetherness.
We will take a look at the festive board not only of interwar Czechoslovakia (among other things, we will find out who sat at the Christmas table together with President T. G. Masaryk), but we will also look at Scandinavia, England and overseas.
Free entry.
