The estimated value of a public contract is the main attribute, according to which it is determined in what mode the contracting authority can/must proceed in a specific case.
The correct determination of the estimated value is therefore crucial for the contracting authority to be sure that it is proceeding in accordance with the law.
As part of the seminar, we will comprehensively address the rules for determining the assumed value, both for ordinary public contracts and for specific ones (insurance broker services or employee benefit services).< br/>
During the seminar we will answer, for example, the following pressing questions:
How to determine what is and what is not a functional unit?
What can be a public contract of a regular nature and what should I actually add up?
Do I somehow have to take into account the payments that my contractor receives from other people when performing the public contract?
If I don't pay the contractor anything, does that mean that the public contract has zero expected value?
