Mary Kovalova - experienced midwife, who will guide you through the next pre -natal preparation course in Prešov on 25 June 2025 at 16:00 at Vajanského 17 in Prešov! Since 2016 he has been working on the gynecology and obstetrics departments at the University Hospital with the Polyclinic J.A. Reiman in Prešov. Every woman approaches with maximum respect, emotion and respect, aware of the responsibility for two precious lives. In psychophysical preparation for childbirth (2020)

Basics and importance of breastfeeding, bonding
Practical training techniques and positions when breastfeeding

Daily routine with newborn
Practical training, bathing and massage
Care of umbilical cord, positioning and hygiene
