In 2010, the administration of the Georgian city of Gori removed the statue of its most famous native Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin. Some residents, who regard Stalin almost as God, have not been able to come to terms with it to this day and are fighting for her return to a public place. However, the Stalin society political party can only remember the times when it had several thousand members. Fifteen of them remain today, and their strength continues to wane. In addition, a conflict arises between the leaders of the two Stalinist groups. The Northeast Winds shows the story of people who are not satisfied with the new direction of their country and many of them no longer have the strength to change it.
