Mária Tiňová 👩⚕️, a clinical psychologist, in practice, she encounters people who feel exhausted and frustrated, despite their lives at first glance do not contain major problems. In the counseling, they often find that their exhaustion comes from meeting the expectations of others and neglecting their own needs. As an expert, she focuses on supporting parents in raising children with healthy self-esteem and self-confidence 💪, using an approach that promotes mutual understanding and active listening 👂. Since 2002 he has been working with children and families with autism spectrum disorders (PAS). She studied medical pedagogy at Comenius University in Bratislava 🎓 and worked in special schools where she focused on children with a passport. In addition to individual interventions and accompanying families, he has also been involved in lecturer and the creation of professional standards 📚. It helps with the care of a sister with a handicap 👧, which takes up a lot of time. Despite love in the family, he must free himself from expectations and find his own space 🌱. Johana is a glass child, overlooked by her congested parents and the world.
