As autumn shrouds itself in mysterious gloom and the shadows begin to lengthen, nature reveals its ancient secrets. Did you know that the bat was not just an ordinary animal for our ancestors and that many plants harbored magical power? Come and explore with us a world in which nature is intertwined with myths and ancient Slavic traditions!
We invite all brave children between the ages of 7 and 12 to a unique sleepover at the Ecocenter Čunovo, which will take place from Wednesday, October 29 (5:30 p.m.) to Thursday, October 30, 2025 (9:00 a.m.).
What you can do enjoy?
Forget American Halloween! Together we will dive into our own, rich autumn mythology. We want to show you that nature is not only important for ecology, but has always shaped our imagination, culture and stories. Our main star will be the mysterious bat - we will get to know him as a real inhabitant of our nature, but at the same time we will discover why the popular imagination associated him with supernatural beings.
A night adventure awaits us, during which we will find out what magical properties our ancestors attributed to various plants and animals, and we will experience an atmosphere full of games, discoveries and secrets.
PROGRAMME:
17:30 – 18:00: Arrival and welcome
18:00 – 19:00: Magical beings and plants in the imaginations of our ancestors
19:00 – 20:00: Accommodation and dating games
20:00 – 21:00: Creative dinner "Do it yourself"
21:00 – 22:30: In the footsteps of bats
23:00: Party
7:30 – 8:30: Early wake-up call and shared breakfast
8:30 – 9:00: Tour of the Ecocentre
9:00: Departure and saying goodbye to new friends
What to bring with you?
Sleeping bag, pillow, water bottle, slippers, hygiene items, pyjamas, sturdy outdoor shoes, headlamp or flashlight, warm clothes and spare clothes just in case.
