Art therapy seminar: Prevention of burnout syndrome and mental hygiene
Date: Meetings will take place once a week for 10 weeks, each 60 minutes. We start on November 6, 2024 at 6 p.m.
Place: Milady Horákové 488/44, Svitavy (Svitavy Special Primary and Secondary School building)
Lecturer: Mgr. Marcela Štěrbová, DT
We invite you to a special seminar designed for everyone who wants to prevent feelings of fatigue and stress in their personal and professional life, replenish their energy and strengthen their mental and physical health. This cycle of 10 art therapy sessions is aimed at preventing burnout and promoting mental hygiene through creative activities.

Art therapy: Using various artistic techniques to express and processing emotions and stress.
Burnout prevention: Techniques and exercises aimed at recognizing and preventing burnout.
Mental hygiene: Practices for maintaining psychological well-being and balance.
Support and sharing: A safe space for sharing experiences and mutual support between participants.
The seminar is intended for everyone who wants to learn how to take better care of their mental health, gaining energy and experiencing the present moment.
