in Priac Day will perform in three discussion blocks interesting guests from the business and arbitration. In the opening block dedicated to artificial intelligence in arbitration, speakers will focus on the use of modern technologies and current trends in the AI in dispute resolution. The second part will discuss the current issues of the arbitrability of permanent arbitration courts in the Czech legal environment. The third block will offer a comparison of the current legislation of the Arbitration with the UNCITRAL law and its possible benefits for practice.
