Příběh Porgesů z Portheimu (přednáška)

Another lecture is one of the most important Jewish business families of the 19th century, whose Smíchov residence is still an adornment of the fifth district. Based on the years of archive research, we will introduce you to the lives of the key members of the family, the noble nobles of Portheim or their tragic fates in the first half of the 20th century. We will give you insight into the everyday life of the social elite, their charity activities, but the question of marriage strategies or the history of the local Israelite community will not be aside.
