About event
📖 Every day a different story ...
Do you want to get to know the picturesque city of Dobříš in the foothills of Brdy and experience the stories of this region firsthand? We will discover the heart of the Brdy, the region hidden in the green veil, where each hill has its secrets and every spring knows ancient legends. We know for ourselves the stories and beauty of the landscape that we will reveal by telling local personalities and events. We will experience a pinch of wandering and there will be even evenings by the fire. Guitar and musical instruments are cordially welcome.
🤗 🤗 We have five volunteer experience days with an interesting work and entertainment program. We will have the base in Dobříš, Central Bohemia, which lies in the foothills of the Brdy Highlands. You can look forward to a diverse program of a rather quieter character, but also lovers of adventure will come into their own. The Brontosaurs have been operating in this locality for a long time. They contributed to the founding of flowery meadows in the middle of the city with linden benches or to restore wells.
We will follow their help according to the current possibilities and needs of the place, we will consult in the picturesque environment of the English Park of the Dobříš chateau. For example, cleaning drives, determining trees, planting, cleaning wells or garbage cleaning. We will be involved in the improvement of the unique set of ecosystems, which has been a natural monument since 2013. We will work approximately 6 hours a day, a total of 3 days.
🙋 For whom is the action intended for? Whether you are a Brontosaurus or you can hear about us for the first time, we will be happy to meet you! A group of young people, acting under the auspices of the Brontosaurus movement, which depends on nature and monuments. We go to weekends and camps where we volunteer and develop. In Prague, we organize great Thursday clubs! More about us at: https://rozruch.brontosaurus.cz/
