On Sunday 21 June at 15:00, we invite you to Pragovka Gallery for a Sunday for families with children, during which we will focus together on the topic of food not only as a basic human need, but above all as an important ritual that unites families, generations and friends. We will be inspired by the exhibition Food as Ritual, which will show us stories of shared family moments, but also food, which in the hands of artists turns into untouchable sculptures or into a mysterious offering celebrating the arrival of spring. The program will show how to perceive even the most mundane things around us from a completely new perspective.
Part of the program is an art workshop that smoothly follows on from the exhibition and in the family circle transforms our kitchen rituals and memories into our own works of art.
Where: Pragovka Gallery (Kolbenova 923 / 34a, Prague 9, 190 00)
When: 15:00–17:00
Age: children 5 to 12 years
Entrance to the workshop is for a voluntary contribution (we recommend 100 CZK per parent + child).
