About event
Come to inspire the stories of talented women who will take us to well -known and less known places where courage, passion and independence are interconnected. Czech Highliner Denisa Krásná and filmmaker Honza "Povi" will take us to a journey full of challenges, funny anecdotes, beautiful shots and incredible experiences that they brought from India, Ecuador and other corners of the world when they joined forces and skills to make an international film. When introducing his book and film project Flow: Rivers, Rock, Sky, he shares the stories of women from different corners of the world that are devoted to outdoor sports like Highline, climbing and kayaking. You will learn how to face not only physical and mental challenges, but also cultural barriers that can change our view of the world. How to orientate in challenging situations, how to gain confidence in an international team, and how to find strength and insight in difficult moments, perhaps when an illegal miner in Amazon is heading for your head or arrests the Indian Communist police? Come to laugh and find out what life lessons and inspiration you can draw on these extraordinary stories that can motivate us to overcome our own borders. Denisa Krásná
Denisa is a Czech Highliner with ambitions as high as her lines in the sky. They prefer long lines in beautiful landscapes around the world, especially in the mountains, where it can combine its passion with climbing and hiking and appreciate the beauty of the mountainous landscape from a new bird's eye view. Denisa has already moved the Czech female highlight record twice and the longest line, which she passed without a single fall measured 330 meters. However, he considers his greatest success to run 880 meters long with only two crashes. Her book Flow: Stories of Women from Rivers, Rocks and Heaven are to be published in 2025 by the Canadian publisher of Rocky Mountain Books (RMB). Denisa also works in the editorial office of the Emontan A magazine, and when she is not in the world, she works as an American and environmental researcher at Masaryk University in Brno and at Palacký University in Olomouc. After graduating from Tomas Bata University, where he specialized in directing and camera, he gained valuable experience in making student films and small ads. Today it is already a recognized name in Czech cinematography. In addition to the success of the film, Genoa's true passion in extreme sports is. Experience with professional surfing has led him to shoot a surf document Resilient, which was included in a number of film festivals.
