It might seem that KISS syndrome applies to "only" the blockade of the upper cervical vertebrae due to traumatic birth, but the consequences are much more extensive. Problems concern not only the blockade in the cervical region and asymmetry in the head and neck, but affects essential functions such as breastfeeding, digestion, overall satisfaction and sleep. Later, the problem begins to chain and affects not only the occurrence of blockages in other segments, but also movement patterns and skills. In older children, Kidd syndrome breaks many other areas such as sensory perception, cooperation of brain hemispheres, speech, learning, basic functions related to sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous nerves. The image of a child with KISS and KIDD syndrome is therefore very variable and individual. Last year I finished education in craniosacral therapy.
