Preparation for childbirth and breastfeeding
in Žilina on Saturday 30.11. from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
You will learn everything you need for a good birth:
🤰how to prepare during pregnancy (diet, movement, breathing, preparation in the last month),
why and how to write a birth plan,
🤱how to use the six-week period for the health of both mother and child,
🤱preparation for breastfeeding,
🤱how to build a relationship with the baby.
During the preparation we will try working with a rebozo scarf, a wrap scarf and show how to easily make a sausage without special tools.
