🤰 Prepare for childbirth as a strengthening experience that will give your baby a beautiful start in life 💕 Come and get information from several experts and prepare for the little ball of happiness that you will have in your arms so that handling it from the beginning is correct and pleasant for everyone 😊
ℹ Course content:
👉 21.1. Natural childbirth, relief techniques and a partner during childbirth (doula Gabika Janovičová, 120 min.)
• what is a normal, natural childbirth and how it takes place
• preparation for childbirth and the needs of a woman in labor during the individual stages of childbirth
br/>• non-medicated relief techniques and suitable birthing positions
• practical training of assistance from the birthing partner and use of the fitball
• how to use the shower, bathtub during childbirth and massages
• how to prevent perineal injuries
• partner during childbirth as an accompanying person and a good companion
👉 22.1. The needs of the baby in the first hours and days, problem-free breastfeeding and postpartum care of the woman (doula Gabika Janovičová, 120 min.)
• welcoming the baby in the arms, the first latch and breastfeeding
• the exceptional role of the partner in the postpartum period
br/>• the importance of bonding for both the baby and the woman, not only from a health point of view
• ambulatory childbirth and its possibilities in hospitals
• baby care during the stay in the maternity hospital and at home
• practical practice of breastfeeding position (on the doll), correct latching and what to do in case of problematic breastfeeding
• how to find out that the baby has sufficient intake of breast milk, when and how to supplement
br/>• postpartum care for the woman, support for wrapping the uterus and treatment of possible injuries
👉 29.1. Proper care of a newborn with practical demonstrations (Mgr. Romana Babindai and Michaela Petríková, 120 min.)
• proper handling of the baby from the first day
• safe lifting, positioning, passing from hand to hand
• how to take care of the baby during the short moments of wakefulness
• how to bathe the baby and handle it in the bath and everything else to prepare
• gentle but at the same time safe handling during changing diapers, changing clothes and routine tasks
• such as for massages, e.g. for intestinal colic, for better digestion or more peaceful sleep
• how to prevent muscle shortening, body asymmetry, or flattened head in newborns
• we will try practical demonstrations on dolls (in the size of a real baby)

Complete prenatal preparation includes 3 lectures and the price of the course is €95 + FREE partner. It is also possible to register for the lectures individually:

All 3 lectures will be held in person at Limbová Street 3, Trnava (on the premises of the BESST private kindergarten). We will be waiting for you at the entrance.
