Dear pregnant women, I am happy to invite you to the online preparation for breastfeeding.
The preparation for childbirth itself is as important as the preparation for breastfeeding. Many women think that breastfeeding is natural and will be easy. However, breastfeeding is decided at the time of birth and it is beneficial to be prepared.
You will learn, among other things:
- how birth affects breastfeeding
- what the correct position and latching look like
- what are the properties of breast milk
- how do we recognize that the baby is drinking breast milk and that it has enough
- what measures can we take to ensure that the baby is breastfed according to needs
- how to supplement baby
- what to avoid during successful breastfeeding
- what to do in the first minutes and days after birth
- what to do in case of possible problems / engorged breasts, pain during breastfeeding, etc./
and many other important information.
