About event
Smart points is a unique concept of Filip Staněk, which is based on contemporary dance techniques, but at the same time inserts effective tools from other sectors such as sport, martial arts, physiotherapy, Fighting Monkey and others. In the air,
- practical dance variation,
- improvisation and musicality,
- partner and group interaction,
- meditation,
- verbal reflection.
For whom? Anyone who feels the need to move, learn new things and are not afraid to make mistakes.
What about yourself?
