About event
Let's go together on the autumn journey of Biodanza. To awaken more life, vitality, creativity, but also relaxation and confidence in your body and life.
They say that as we move, so we live. Or vice versa?
The goal of our journey is to start noticing how my body moves through life.
Is it tight? Has he learned his stereotypes? Or is it flexible? Relaxed?
Are you connected to your body not only with your mind, but do you really perceive and feel your body? How are you dealing with boundaries in life? How do you relate to yourself and others in your partnership, family, and friends?
Every week we will invite a topic from life that we will explore with our movement together with music.
Only you can find the answers to your questions.
Thanks to the experience and connection with the body, you can connect more with your heart and listen from a different place.
It is beautiful to see how many AHA moments come to all of us.
The lessons are suitable for women, men even couples.
This cannot be expressed in words, it must be experienced.
