About event

EUNIC (European Union National Institutes for Culture) has prepared a series of discussion panels with the participation of authors, filmmakers, translators and journalists from eleven European countries as part of the World of Books Prague fair.
The discussion will focus on the questions of how European cultural heritage and current social challenges are reflected in literature and art, how experiences of migration and social changes influence creation and how culture can contribute to strengthening democratic values in times of crisis.
EUNIC Prague brings together European cultural institutes and embassies operating in the Czech Republic. It has long supported international cultural cooperation, dialogue with the Czech public and the sharing of European values. His projects strengthen cultural diversity, mutual understanding and democratic principles.
