Colonel Otakar Foltýn, military lawyer, Czech Army officer and former government coordinator of strategic communication, will explain why the security environment around the Czech Republic has fundamentally deteriorated. It will focus on Russian aggression against Ukraine, hybrid operations, disinformation, cyber threats and the question of how states, institutions and citizens can strengthen the resilience of a democratic society at a time when security concerns not only the military, but all of us.
