About event
The FlexBieb has had a language café several times a week for years, and language is also done in all kinds of other ways: language education (live and on our computers), thousands of books that can be borrowed, conversations with local and non-local entrepreneurs, politicians, writers and other artists and anyone else.
We have been doing language even more lately. For example, we organize trial lessons by and with residents: learn the basics of the teacher's native language in one evening. Who knows, you might want to learn more and study the language in more depth!
After Arabic, Swedish, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Persian and Romanian, this time it's Polish's turn.
During the lesson there is also the opportunity to ask questions about local culture, politics, etc.
The IJburg teacher Julia Jelinska (facilitator, LEGO Serious Play expert, among other things) studied ICT at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. She has been living and working in the Netherlands for years, including in the field of risk management and audits at and for companies. Julia is also the enthusiastic leader of the IJburg Business Community.
Admission: voluntary contribution
