Learn feedback conversations

In two intensive days you will take your conversation skills to a higher level. You practice different conversation techniques, discover how to create a safe environment and learn how to remain calm in moments of discomfort.

You also learn how to listen constructively to the other person's feedback, because that is just as important. Using a practical step-by-step plan, you give shape and content to each feedback conversation. You do this together with other experienced professionals who come to the program with their own personal and often recognizable challenges. You will learn skills here that will help you for the rest of your life, at work and in your private life.

During this training:

• You will learn how to create a safe environment in which difficult conversations can be had.
• Practice through role-playing difficult conversations.
• You will receive a framework for having difficult conversations wherever you are. when things get tense you can fall back on
• Learn to recognize your discomfort in your own body and learn how to deal with it
• Learn to listen constructively to others
• Observe your conversations to gain more insight into the dynamics of difficult conversations

Location: The School of Life, Frederiksplein 54, Amsterdam.

Number of participants: Minimum 5, maximum 15

Study load: There is no mandatory homework. You can apply the techniques afterwards and try them out in your work.

Level: There is no entry requirement.
