pns It is the abbreviation of the Postal newspaper service, where the period printing, postcards, stamps and tobacco were sold - it is a stall, a tobacket, a kiosk. We move the newspaper stand to the position of the gallery with an interpretation or community place where works of art with viewers in public space meet. PNS is a place of live street interaction.

We invite to enter into dialogue with the public and public space - critically, provocative, activist, collaborative, medicine, human, connecting - how it seems appropriate and right here and now. Even before it was dominated by the current leadership of the Ministry of Culture and the Council nominated people who change the decisions of expert committees and distribute money at their own discretion and unprofessional motivations. Therefore, the PNS stands will be other points of the cultural strike and protests of the cultural community against the unfinished political representation of our country.
