About event
Matěj Sladký speaks
In the second half of the 20th century, the development in the historic center of Kladno was sentenced to sanitation and replacing a new development in the spirit of late modernist urban concepts. It was only during the 1980s that projects of young architects began to be created, trying to maintain the original development in the city center and tried to restore the importance of its importance. This examples not only from Kladno, but also from other Czech cities will be devoted to this lecture. And also the question to what extent the postmodern forms of architecture are reflected in the projects.
