📌 Meeting: New stage of the National Theater
There is no life without personal assistance.
Only survival.
We invite you to a public happening and protest parade of people with disabilities, their loved ones, organizations and everyone who is not indifferent to how people dependent on help live in the Czech Republic others.
Many people today desperately lack personal assistance. Families are exhausted, caregivers are overloaded, and people with a high level of support often remain isolated at home, without the opportunity to work, study, travel or simply live normally.
However, systemic changes are coming at a snail's pace.
And that is why we will also go slowly.
Symbolically, we will meet on Národní třida — the place where the fight for freedom started in 1989 and the dignity of the people in this country. However, for many people with disabilities, true freedom has still not arrived. Without available personal assistance, you cannot freely make decisions about your life, work, study or live in a normal way among others.
After the introductory press conference in front of the New Stage of the National Theatre, we will go in a procession towards the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic.

Nova scena ND → Smetanova nábřeží → Mánesův most → Klárov → Office of the Government of the Czech Republic
It is not a charity.
It is not about special benefits.
It is about dignity, freedom and the right to live in the community, not just to survive.
