Dragonflies 🐉🪰🎸
The band Dragonflies is an independent music project focused on the creation of Slovak alternative music. In 2024 Dragonflies released their debut album called “Libelo”. It is a whole of ten songs that they themselves recorded with them in the rehearsal room. Their characteristics are introspective Slovak texts, melodic female singing and a combination of genres such as Art rock/Psychadelic Rock/Grunge/ART POP POP/FUN/Experimental… The album was positively accepted, and critics highlighted its variety, peculiarity, youthful energy and consistency despite the diversity of influences. Dragonflies do not win genre, they create their music intuitively and try to give space to the creation of various “music hybrids”. The single of 2023 Detvian dream recently attracted the attention of all who at least a little watched on the Slovak music scene. His debut album Flowers from Podpoľania was awarded in Radio -Head 2023 as debut of the year. The second studio album Messiash IX was released last November and also earned a nomination in the jury category. Currently, Vojtík is preparing a new EP Prince Timmy, which will be inspired by Japanese pop and hyperpop.
You can also look forward to refreshing drinks, which traditionally complete the atmosphere of this small festival. 🥤rac
