About event

Turn the conflict into an opportunity
Intensive training facilitation of conflict

19. - 23 September 2025, Prague | 10:00 - 17:30 Every day | 2 Optional evening activities

Conflicts are repeated, problems are tangled. Whether as an individual, in a relationship with others or in the organization, it is natural that we will be pulled down and find ourselves within the same problems we have decided to solve. This involves the notice of repeating patterns and behavior that escapes in ourselves, in our relationships, teams and organizations and in the team. And from there it is possible to facilitate the discovery of emerging and creative possibilities and roads. We will learn advanced skills to facilitate the interactions of the whole system, instead of staying only reactive. Ways to our personal and collective history affects our experience and actions
at present

- ways to work on the solution of escalated conflicts, including working with the role of the conflict Facilitator/Ky
