About event
🧭 You will learn how to formulate the requests and what to avoid
🧭 you will try to formulate different types of procedures in (demanding) conversations Have you ever experienced a conversation in which you have long talked about what anyone is experiencing and how does it have without getting to what you do? In such a conversation, there was probably a quality and concrete design of the procedure where to continue to be stuck.
The requests offer us options - will we go towards me or to you? Rather, we will agree, who, what, when, how do he do or prefer to clarify whether we even understand each other? And at the crossroads it depends on which way we set out. It will significantly affect where we go. Come on your conversational route to equip well!
