This 𝟮-𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗲 This is an intensive learning space for people who already have experience in leading groups or coaching or are just starting to lead rooms - and want to deepen their ability to lead transformative processes in a circle to hold.
The process work in circles is a very effective tool to support people in moving on the issues that arise in your group rooms.
This special work in the circle is a magical way to promote the living and real and to be good at service with your perception and intuition.
We work on the basis of the Gestalt therapy approach: “𝙒𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙞𝙣 𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙛 – 𝙠𝙖𝙣𝙣 𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖̈𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙣."
Instead of trying to analyze or correct problems or inner conflicts, it's about letting what shows up in the moment be fully there - with attention, presence and Contact.
This is exactly what often creates surprising movement, change and liveliness.
Over two days we delve deeply into the art of holding space:
You learn to create spaces in which people can show themselves with everything that is there at the moment - and in which real experience and transformation are possible will be.

In this training you will deepen your trust in your own perception and learn to Consciously using impulses to support processes.
You hone your ability to react flexibly and with ease, even in unforeseeable situations. At the same time, you will receive a powerful upgrade for your work - whether as a coach, trainer or facilitator - and expand your feel for the fine tracking of a group and individual people.
You use both the language and body language of your participants as well as your own inner impulses as reliable orientation.

Inspired by my 6-day Holding Space intensive training, this weekend offers a compact and practical opportunity to take your facilitation skills to a new level lift.
𝗗𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀:
This training combines elements from Gestalt therapy, radical honesty, forum work, somatic coaching, consciousness and body work. It is also based on my extensive experience from over ten years in leading groups - especially in working with Radical Honesty as well as in coaching individuals and couples.
𝗜𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲:
This training offers you targeted exercises to lead processes spontaneously and harmoniously, to trust your impulses more and to use your natural creativity unfold.
You will have the opportunity to practice and experiment in both small groups and large circles. You will receive inspiring example processes from me as well as direct, honest feedback from me and the group 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗱:
• Read body language, language and non-verbal dynamics and clues - in order to accompany processes directly and immediately
• Trust your own impulses and use them in a targeted manner - use your presence & perception as a tool
• With spontaneous, work in unforeseen moments - instead of having to control them or completely understand them
• Carrying the essence of the truth-based design process: What is allowed to be - can unfold and change
• Develop experiments to support the process based on your intuition in the moment
In this training you will learn to move more freely from predetermined concepts and plans and instead to react flexibly to what is really important at the moment is.
This will make you more confident, more spontaneous and clearer in leading group processes - even when dynamics suddenly arise and everything changes.
