About event
🎨🎯Výdarný meetings aim to lead you to connect with yourself/their inner world, self -knowledge, as well as closer acquaintance and stay with other participants. //, however, it is possible to participate as an observer, when you have the opportunity to participate once without having to actively involve - it will be good if you let us know about it .//
You will experience something to help you relax into your endless creativity and artistic spirit!
Relax, distribute, silence, observe, conduct interviews, move, feel, take care of yourself, and to show up artisticly…
So how will it happen?
The price is 450 CZK - you have three hours of our guide, art aids and small snacks. It is paid on the spot.
First of all, we tune in to ourselves through meditation and visualization. We will feel and look internally at the current state of our body. No fear, you do not have to be a yogi or "be" meditated, even if you have never tried anything like this before, this is a mindfulness: D. Can you hold a pencil in your hand? : D So without a joke, this is really the only thing that is needed to do this task. You may like drawing with a pastel.
It was long if you still have questions. Do not hesitate to ask! Contact to Verča Tišnovská: [email protected], mob.: 734815170 or calmly FB or wtsp
