About event
We will give space to the dance to arise, develop and lead us.
We will just follow it in our movement and at the same time observe with curiosity and be aware of the experiences through which the dance accompanies us. It can be a familiar and unexpected journey for us, boring as well as surprisingly adventurous, smiling, painful or sad....
We will use the free conscious dance to see, to know, to realize, to release, to forgive, to complete it , which supports, refreshes, regenerates and unites us.
Dance has the ability to uncover areas of ourselves that we don't seem to know, from which we run away or ignore them for years. At the same time, we keep asking ourselves the same questions. Answers that do not pass through the body do not have the ability to change our experience and relationships. Dance, on the other hand, can do it naturally and wisely.
And that is why you are invited to a transparent dance that can reveal and at the same time complement, nourish... and remind you of the true human essence.
What is important is the willingness to enter and let yourself be guided - by the music, the rhythm, the words of the teacher, the dance itself, the intention, the unsuspected wisdom of the body....
Everyone is welcome - regardless of previous dance experience, height, weight, body shape, physical disposition or indisposition.
