Are you interested in how you can support your loved ones when they are not feeling well? Not sure what to say, when to offer help, or whether it's time to see a mental health professional? Come to our educational seminar led by psychotherapist Mgr. et Mgr. Gabriela Cabrnochová, where you will get practical advice and answers to these and other important questions.

The event will take place in the cozy premises of the new center of the Úsměv mamy organization in Prague 3. After the main block, you will have space to join the discussion and ask what interests you or just listen. Active participation is not mandatory if you don't feel like it.

🕒 Duration of the seminar: approx. 90 minutes
☕ We will be happy to make you coffee or tea on the spot.
🎠 We have a children's corner, so you can take your little ones with you.
💬 We don't have a corner for dads, but they are welcome too!
