Come and relax on our next relaxing Saturday and gain strength for further care of your loved ones.
The family care center in Prague offers you a unique opportunity to experience a slightly different and well-deserved rest in a pleasant environment.

You can look forward to a program full of relaxation and try effective methods to relax your body and mind. In the morning, we will devote ourselves to yoga, and you can also look forward to Advent relaxation psychogames and a canistherapy dog. If you like to create, you can make a non-traditional Christmas decoration from a birch as part of an art therapy afternoon.

The activities of the project "Psychorelaxation programs and counseling for family caregivers in Prague II" are supported by a grant from the Family Policy Program of the MHMP.
Celesta Praha is a non-profit organization helping families , seniors and family caregivers. We provide social services of personal assistance to seniors and persons with disabilities, registered on the basis of Act no. 108/2006 Coll., on social services.
In the Zlín Region, in Prague and in the Ústí Region, we operate the Celesta Center for Family Caregivers. We organize professional courses and educational events for informal carers and professional carers. We organize seminars and workshops for seniors from all over the Czech Republic, we offer Prague seniors the opportunity to spend time meaningfully and be in contact with other people in our club, where we offer them a variety of leisure activities (seminars, outings, exercises, creative workshops, etc.). We organize leisure activities and suburban camps for children.
