About event
Public Serpents is a loud, politically inspired rock band from New Jersey (USA). Fronted by Skwert Gunn - member of the New York squat punk band Choking Victim - and its line-up consists of the most talented musicians from around the world.
This fast, energetic and crack-rock-steady band has released two albums, together with Escape From The Zoo, members of UpperDowner and Fat Wreck Chords, and from since its debut in 2008, it has appeared on numerous compilations and even on video game soundtracks.
Public Serpents have performed everywhere, from world-famous festivals such as Boomtowne Fair, Rebellion and Manchester Punk Fest to lovingly crafted DIY spots and squats in Spain, Austria and Navajo Nation. Their name appeared on the lists alongside legendary bands such as The Slackers, The Suicide Machines, Pennywise, Rancid, Lambrini Girls, The Rumkicks and Frank Turner, to name but a few.
