Toastmasters is a non-profit organization and a world leader in the art of communicating (speaking, listening and thinking) and training leaders. You will find a positive and mutually supportive learning environment, where each member has the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills.

COMMUNICATION: At Toastmasters you can master new tools so that you can communicate better and better, identify all the points where you need to improve, identify your strengths so that you can enhance them even more and use the communicative process to efficiently serve your purpose in each speech.

LEADERSHIP: Sometimes we step on stage, other times we are in the back commanding the front line! As we are behind the scenes, we have the responsibility of supporting the elements who take the stage to make their deliveries. This responsibility is reflected in specific areas, such as delivery evaluators.

The sessions are divided into three parts, each with a different type of speeches:

PREPARED: Every week we have people presenting speeches prepared according to the communication manual, whether the initial manual or advanced manuals.
IMPROVISATION: The challenge… 30 seconds to think and… deliver the speech.
EVALUATION: Constructive feedback, given on the entire session from the speeches to the evaluators.
