Toastmasters is a non -profit organization and world leader in the art of communicating (speaking, listening and thinking) and leading leaders. You will find a positive learning environment and mutual support, where each member has the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership abilities.

Communication: In Toastmasters you can master new tools so that you can communicate better and better, identify all points where you must improve, identify your strengths so that potentials further and use the communicative process to efficiently serve your purpose in each speech.

Leadership: We sometimes step the stage, sometimes we are in the rear of commanding the front line! When we are in the rear we have a responsibility to support the elements that take the stage to make their deliveries. This responsibility is mirrored in specific areas such as deliveries evaluators.

The sessions are divided into three parts, each with a different type of speeches: Prepared: Weekly we have people presenting speeches prepared according to the Communication Manual, whether the initial manual or advanced manuals.
Improvisation: The Challenge… 30 Second to think and… Delivery of speech.
EVALUATION: Constructive feedback, given on the entire session from the staff to the evaluators.
