Pyg

Pyg is a groove-jazz-fusion combination of two friends and bandmates from several established projects (Jazz Dock Orchestra, Gustav Brom Radio Orchestra) by Richard Šanda and Miroslav Hloucal. Together, they have been sought-after instrumentalists for several years. Among the most interesting collaborations are names like: Richard Bona, Billy Cobham, Dave Weckl, Kurt Elling, Ben Wendel and others. Pyg's music is exclusively original work inspired by the current groove-jazz scene - Takuya Kuroda, Theo Crooker. Seasoned drummer Dano Šoltis will be behind the drums, and his back will be covered by the promising names of the upcoming generation, Radim Leher - piano, Samuel Janko - bass. The concert is also a celebration of Richard Šanda's 30th birthday.
