Qi Gong course A-1 autumn 2025 (Monday course)
Runs from September 1st to November 17th, 2025, every Monday from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
The course (Nei Yang Gong) includes 12 consecutive appointments in a small group (maximum of 8 participants) with selected exercises from the elementary and intermediate levels of Nei Yang Gong, which are aimed at strengthening muscles and tendons Improve mobility, regulate breathing and activate energy (Qi).
No previous knowledge is required. The course is suitable for beginners as well as for everyone who has already had initial experience with Qi Gong.
Registration for the entire course is possible until August 31, 2025.
A later entry and a “free trial appointment” can be organized by arrangement.

In my course you will learn the first main form of “Nei Yang Gong”, which consists of 12 exercises. These exercises are called “Transform muscles and tendons and move the Qi” (Yi Jin Main form that we will look at in more detail. This also includes basics, standing structure, relaxation techniques, health-preserving exercises and self-massage.
