Experience a magical Boxing Day with a morning full of rest, reflection and renewed energy. From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. we immerse ourselves in meditation, mindfulness and gentle Qigong movements. Let go of the hustle and bustle of the holidays and return to yourself with this short but deep retreat. A moment of silence and balance, perfect to end the year in harmony.
